The group story began in 2005, the IPOTOOLS name was introduced in 2009 and the trademark was formally registered in 2016. Since then we have built the brand around welding technology, clear information and support before and after purchase.
Our mission is to make IPOTOOLS the first and most useful destination for hobby welders: affordable quality equipment, practical advice and videos, spare parts and dependable repair support. The range provides a clear growth path from an accessible entry-level machine for first welds to more capable semi-professional equipment for advanced projects.
02GartenXLBrand since 2012What is GartenXL?
GartenXL has been managed as IPO Group's garden brand since its market launch in 2012, although it is not registered as a separate trademark. Its core specialism is lawn mowing technology.
The range focuses on petrol and battery lawn mowers, complemented by cultivators, scarifiers and a selected range of other garden tools. Practical use, robust performance and clear product guidance remain central.

MiauHaus is IPO Group's smallest and most focused specialist brand. It is dedicated exclusively to cats and grew from Praskalniki.si and Grebalice.hr, the specialist shops opened in 2018; the MiauHaus trademark was registered in 2025.
Its main category is cat trees, complemented by selected scratching furniture and accessories designed around cats' natural needs and everyday life at home.
