## Brands and history
- The IPO Group company history began in 2005 in welding technology.
- IPOTOOLS: the group's welding and workshop brand. The IPOTOOLS name was introduced in 2009, when the Slovenian market was opened, and the trademark was formally registered in 2016. It covers welding equipment, plasma cutters, workshop tools, accessories, guidance, spare parts and repair support.
- GartenXL: the group's garden and outdoor brand since 2012. It covers garden machines, lawn mowers, garden tools and accessories.
- MiauHaus: the group's cat and pet brand. The category has been developed through the specialist shops Praskalniki.si and Grebalice.hr since 2018; the shops were brought together under the MiauHaus name and the trademark was registered in 2025.
- IPOHOME: the group's home-comfort and indoor-climate brand since 2021. It covers dehumidifiers, portable air-conditioning and other practical home solutions depending on the local market.
